ADDENDUM NO.1 <br />Construction Manager <br />City of Ramsey Public Works and Fleet Maintenance Facility <br />July 30, 2019 <br />TO ALL BIDDERS: The RFP documents for Construction Manager City of Ramsey Public Works <br />and Fleet Maintenance Facility are being modified as follows: <br />• Revised RFP available for distribution July 29, 2019 <br />• The date for RFP Responses due has been changed to August 9th at 4:00 PM CDT <br />• The date of interviews for selected short list candidates has been changed to August <br />2 <br />7th <br />at 5:30 PM <br />• The date for anticipated council recommendation has been changed to September 10th <br />at 7:00 PM <br />• Your firms proposal should be based on Construction Manager not Construction <br />Manager at Risk. <br />• If your firm is selected as Construction Manager for this project, you will not be allowed <br />to bid on the construction phase of this project. <br />
