RIILr <br />WRIGHT COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT FACILITY <br />Buffalo, MN <br />105,963 SF new highway department facility and site <br />work. The facility includes a 10-bay maintenance shop, <br />vehicle storage, conference rooms, administration and <br />support area, office space, and a vehicle wash. <br />• Fleet Maintenance Shop (37,703 SF) <br />- 10 maintenance bays with glass panels in the overhead <br />doors to provide natural light to the space. <br />- In -floor heating throughout the entire space with a <br />high -efficient boiler. <br />- Energy recovery system to preheat the fresh air during <br />winter. <br />- An inside car washbay with an automatic underbody <br />washing system. <br />- A lube/fluids system with enough space for 9 <br />permanent tanks and space for 55 gallon drums with <br />recessed in -floor containment. The system also has an <br />automatic shut-off valve that prevents leaks during off <br />hours. <br />- A 5-ton bridge crane with access to the mezzanine <br />storage space. <br />- A welding bay with a bridge crane. <br />- A small engine room. <br />- A sign shop and parts room. <br />- LED lighting. <br />• Vehicle Storage (54,620 SF) <br />- 49 parking stalls (17 large truck parking, 16 snow plow <br />parking, 16 semi -truck or truck with trailer parking). <br />- Snow plow parking has a storage shelf running the <br />length of the space that can store plows and empty <br />brine tanks when not attached to the trucks. There is <br />also added coray-vac heating to quickly melt ice and <br />snow off the plows. <br />- Chemical storage room with a recessed floor for built-in <br />containment. <br />- Engineering and testing room which allows the County <br />to perform in-house soil testing and analysis. <br />- Secure small tool storage to store hand tools, with work <br />benches for quick repairs. <br />- LED lighting throughout the space. <br />D.
