We have broken down the scope of service and cost per project as follows: <br />1. Topographic Survey <br />A. Compute street rights of way and adjacent lots. <br />B. Horizontal and Vertical Control <br />1) G.P.S. horizontal control and level loop through control points. <br />C. Field Survey <br />1) Elevations at edge of bituminous roadways at 50 ft stations, and or grade breaks along <br />with cross sections of adjacent ditch section at 50ft stations. <br />2) Location and elevations on, driveway edges and corners to the right-of-way along with <br />driveway culverts. Locations and elevations of trees/tree lines, landscaping, mailboxes, <br />signage, fence lines, utilities, etc. in right-of-way. <br />3) Location of pavement striping and off-street bituminous trails <br />Hakanson Anderson proposes to conduct the above for a fixed fee of the following: <br />Project 20-01 <br />Topography $12,800.00 <br />We will deliver electronic files of our topographic survey points in an Excel/CSV format for your use <br />in plotting/drafting the survey. Our survey CAD and field technicians will be available to assist you in <br />any way we can in the transfer and interpretation of the points and codes. Our cost is conditioned upon <br />the following considerations: <br />
