The surveyor will not physically <br />locate the underground utilities but will locate markings left on the ground by the utility or their <br />representative. Since this a non -excavate request we cannot guarantee that the utilities will be <br />field located. If maps are supplied, we will forward those onto you. No extra field work to <br />locate markings are done after the first locate request is included. <br />In review of our schedule we can start the field surveys the beginning of September and will work <br />diligently to complete the surveys. The final topographic survey will be delivered on or before Friday, <br />October 11, 2019. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to submit this proposal. Invoices for the above work will be <br />issued on a monthly basis and at the completion of the project. If a balance remains after thirty (30) <br />days, interest will be accrued at a rate of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. <br />Any person or company supplying labor or materials for this improvement to your property may file a <br />lien against your property if that person or company is not paid for their contributions.
