PROJECT PERSONNEL // ROLES AND BIOS <br />Chris Larson, PE <br />Project Manager <br />24+ years of experience <br />Chris's experience covers all aspects of water treatment including pilot <br />studies and testing, preliminary engineering studies, design, construction <br />administration, project management, and startup and training for <br />water treatment and supply projects. As project manager, Chris will be <br />responsible for scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, communications, <br />meetings, engineering resources, staff supervision and project direction. <br />Miles Jensen, PE <br />Principal -In -Charge / <br />Quality Assurance <br />35+ years of experience <br />Miles brings more than 35 years of engineering experience specializing <br />in the design and construction of water treatment plants; specifically <br />advanced water treatment facility process design. He will oversee the QA/ <br />QC plan for your project, schedule reviews, and monitor staff to ensure a <br />high -quality final product is delivered to your complete satisfaction. <br />Melanie Niday, PG <br />Hydrogeologist / Source <br />Water Analysis <br />31+ years of experience <br />Melanie is a hydrogeologist with extensive experience in solid waste <br />permitting, hydrogeological and remedial investigations, ground water <br />monitoring, data reduction and analysis and report preparation. Melanie <br />will lead the aquifer assessment task. <br />Jeff Ledin, PE <br />Senior Water Engineer <br />27+ years of experience <br />Jeff is a water engineer with extensive experience, especially in the area of <br />public water systems engineering. With Jeff's long history will well siting, <br />design and construction, he will assist Melanie in the assessment of <br />sustainable groundwater for Ramsey. <br />Mark Wallis, PE, <br />CCS, COCA, CDT <br />Civil Engineer / Source <br />Water Analysis <br />34+ years of experience <br />Mark has extensive experience working with a wide variety of <br />multidiscipline water projects, including water system supply and <br />distribution plans, wells, water booster stations, water towers and water <br />conservation, and emergency preparedness plans. With Mark's past <br />experience of designing and developing wellfields in such communities <br />as Sartell and other Minnesota cities, Mark will assist Melanine and Jeff <br />in the analysis and planning of Ramsey's future well field growth and <br />development. <br />Chad Katzenberger, PE <br />Lead Hydraulic Modeling <br />Engineer <br />15+ years of experience <br />Chad brings extensive water master planning and hydraulic modeling <br />experience to the project. His responsibilities for this project will include <br />calibration and update of the water model, water modeling analysis and <br />system planning. <br />John Thom, PE <br />Water Operations <br />Specialist <br />54+ years of experience <br />John is a water and wastewater operations specialist with extensive <br />experience in the management of water and wastewater utilities, plant <br />studies, plant start-up, O&M, operator training and is the pilot plant <br />designer and operator. John will provide operations review of the water <br />treatment plant and site layout.
