ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made this 22nd day of October, 2019, by and <br />between the CITY OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota ("City"), and Sean O'Neill and Amie O'Neill, husband and wife, and their <br />successors and assigns ("Landowners"). <br />RECITALS: <br />WHEREAS, Landowners are the fee owner of the real property located at 17710 Tonto <br />Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota and legally described as follows: <br />That part of Government Lot 1 Section 1 Township 32 Range 25 described as follows: <br />commencing at a point on the east line of said Government Lot, said point being <br />1469.92 feet south of intersection of east line of northeast 1/4 of northeast 1/4 of said <br />Section and centerline of CSAH No. 7, thence south 86 degrees 07 minutes 57 seconds <br />west 160.16 feet, thence south 77 degrees 03 minutes 57 seconds west 293.63 feet, <br />thence south 63 degrees 30 minutes west 754.79 feet to the point of beginning, thence <br />south 67 degrees 18 minutes west to west line of said Government Lot, thence north <br />along said west line 251.48 feet, thence north 81 degrees 07 minutes 53 seconds east <br />144.65 feet, thence north 60 degrees 55 minutes 44 seconds east 37.44 feet, thence <br />south 1 degree 07 minutes 58 seconds east to point of beginning, also together with that <br />part of southwest 1/4 of northeast 1/4 of said Section described as follows: beginning at <br />the southeast corner of said 1/41/4, thence west along Section line thereof 80 feet, thence <br />north 27.88 feet, thence northeasterly to a point on east line of said 1/41/4 41 feet north <br />of southeast corner thereof, thence south along said east line 41 feet to point of <br />beginning, ex. road, subject to easements of record <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />1 <br />
