APPROVE AGENDA <br />City Administrator Ulrich requested that Item 7.04 be moved earlier in the meeting. <br />Mayor LeTourneau noted that the item removed from the Consent Agenda, 4.17, would follow <br />case 7.01 with case 7.04 to immediately follow. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to approve the agenda as <br />amended. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Riley, Kuzma, Heinrich, <br />Menth, and Musgrove. Voting No: None. <br />6.
