Voting Yes: Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Musgrove, Heinrich, <br />Kuzma, Menth, and Riley. Voting No: None. <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:18 p.m. <br />Council Business <br />Councilmember Musgrove asked how the five percent is determined. <br />Finance Director Lund explained that the rate of 5.5 percent is the rate set in the City's fee rates <br />and is comparable to neighboring communities. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to Adopt Resolution <br />#19-224 Adopting Assessments for Past -Due Charges on Municipal Utility Bills (Which May <br />Include Water, Sewer, Street Lighting, Recycling, Storm Water Charges and Penalties Incurred) <br />and Current Services Rendered. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Riley, Kuzma, Heinrich, <br />Menth, and Musgrove.
