<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of <br />the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> <br />2)The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br />bidders the deposits made with their bids at such time that a contract has been executed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Heinrich, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Menth <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Riley <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />th <br />this the 12 day of November, 2019. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Resolution #19-265 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
