This Ordinance was introduced by the City Council at their regular meeting of November 12, 2019. <br />The Public Hearing notice was published in the Anoka Union on November 15, 2019. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Options: <br />1. Accept the rates as proposed. <br />2. Hold all rates constant with 2019 rates. <br />3.
