Andr0ws Lane NW and legally described as follows: Lot 15, Block I, Northfork (Subject Property). St. Andrews Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota AND WHEREAS, the Board-of !Adjustment conducted a pUblic hearing on April 7, 2005, pursuant to Section 9.03.07!of the!Rfimsey ~ity Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ~-~EsoL~DiB¥~THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA ~OUNT~, ~T~TE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That based on Findings of Fact # ~ a Vj~riance to place a 1,008 square foot accessory structure nearer the front property linelthan the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. 2.
