RESoUUTICN #05-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING!TIlE ISSIJAaN~E OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTtJm; ,SEa FRONT 'ROPERT¥ [IN ; mAN TUE <br />DECLARING TERMS OF sAME ] i' :] } ' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jeff & Jill $~tevens,oni(p~er~ '_ittees) have properly applied for a variance from <br />Section 9.1t.02 of the Ramsey ~¢ity C°d~ to C{nstmet an accessory structure nearer the front <br />property line than the principal !~tmcture ion ai~rope.rty less than two (2) acres in size on the <br />property generally known as 15900 St.. Andr0ws Lane NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 15, Block I, Northfork <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br />St. Andrews Addition, <br /> <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board-of !Adjustment conducted a pUblic hearing on April 7, <br />2005, pursuant to Section 9.03.07!of the!Rfimsey ~ity Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ~-~EsoL~DiB¥~THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA ~OUNT~, ~T~TE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Permittees shall be responsible for ~1 costs incurred in administering and enforcing, <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />5.
