7. That the Permittees agree that the terms of this Variance shall be binding upon its successors <br /> and assigns. <br /> <br />That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by April 7, 2006, and <br />issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permittees may petition for an <br />extension of time in which to complete the variance.
