Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-300 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AGREEMENT FOR A <br />DETACHED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AT 6210 GREEN VALLEY RD NW AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT <br />RECITALS <br />1. The City of Ramsey received a building permit application from Eric Thomsen (the <br />"Applicant") for a 1150 square foot detached accessory structure on the property generally <br />known as 6210 Green Valley Rd NW and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 1 Davis Farms Addition <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />2. That Eric Thomsen, owners of the Subject Property, herein referred to as the "Applicant", <br />submitted an application for a Building Permit to construct a detached accessory structure <br />(the "Accessory Structure") for a building including: <br />1. Farm Offices including: <br />1. Kitchen with refrigerator and sink <br />2. Full bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower <br />3. Separated office space <br />4. Shop with floor drain <br />2. Porch area <br />3. That the Subject Property is zoned R-1 Residential (MUSA — Detached Single Family <br />Home), and the surrounding parcels are zoned the same and R-1 Residential (Rural <br />Developing). The Subject Property also abuts Green Valley Green House and Ford Brook. <br />4. That the Subject Property is approximately 12 acres and is primarily used for agriculture. <br />5. That the Subject Property is guided for low density residential on the City's Future Land <br />Use Map. <br />6. That the Applicant owns the Subject Property and occupies a dwelling on the Subject <br />Property. <br />7. That the Applicant received a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) in 2004 to allow 11,210 <br />square feet of detached accessory structures on the Subject Property, though the property <br />has since been platted and the total acreage of the property was reduced from 60 acres to <br />approximately 12 acres. <br />RESOLUTION #19-300 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
