8. That the total number of square feet of detached accessory structures shall remain the same <br />on the Subject Property. That the Applicant will tear down existing detached accessory <br />structures on the Subject Property to remain in compliance with the existing conditional <br />use permit (CUP) that allows for additional detached structures on the Subject Property. <br />9. That City Code Section 117-349 (Accessory Uses and Buildings) states that accessory <br />buildings shall be prohibited from containing complete independent living facilities <br />(accessory apartments), defined as having three or more of the following: permanent <br />provisions for living, sleeping, eating, and sanitation. <br />10. That City Code Section 117-351 restricts the operations of home occupations (home -based <br />businesses). <br />11. That any future buildings or expansion of the total number of detached square footage <br />onsite will require an amendment to the Conditional Use Permit, or a new Conditional Use <br />Permit. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Accessory Structure Agreement for a <br />detached accessory structure at 6210 Green Valley Rd NW, contingent upon review and <br />approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Menth <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Specht <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />RESOLUTION #19-300 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
