Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-286 <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY'S 2020 NON -UNION CITY HEALTH <br />AND DENTAL INSURANCE CONTRIBUTIONS AND NON -UNION COST OF <br />LIVING ADJUSTMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the 2020 City budget accounts for the non -union health and dental <br />insurance contributions and cost of living adjustment; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff recommends authorizing the non -union health insurance <br />contributions, including the health reimbursement or health savings account contributions <br />as follows; Employee Only (Single) $691.00 to $827.50, Employee and Children at <br />$993.30, Employee and Spouse at $1043.10, and Family at $1291.50; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff recommends authorizing the non -union dental contribution of <br />$33.45 per month; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff recommends increasing the non -union wage scale by three <br />percent (3%) on January 1, 2020. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />Motion to adopt resolution #19-286 to do the following: <br />1) Authorize the following non -union monthly health insurance contributions, <br />including the health reimbursement or health savings account contributions as <br />follows; Employee Only (Single) $691.00 to $827.50, Employee and Children <br />at $993.30, Employee and Spouse at $1043.10, and Family at $1291.50; and <br />2) Authorize the non -union dental contribution of $33.45 per month; and <br />3) Authorize a cost of living adjustment increasing the non -union wage scale by <br />three percent (3%) on January 1, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
