CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 01/28/2020 <br />By: Jeff Katers, Police <br />5. 13. <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #20-029 Denying a Massage Establishment and Massage Therapy License <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Ying Chen has made application to establish a new Therapeutic Massage business at 14037 St. Francis Blvd NW. <br />The proposed business would be known as 'Chen Massage'. Ms. Chen was not involved in operations at the <br />previous massage businesses located at the same address. <br />Recommendation: <br />After completion of the required Background Check, Chief Katers recommends denial of the licenses for <br />Therapeutic Massage Establishment for 'Chen Massage' to be located at 14037 St. Francis Blvd NW.
