(:ity Administrator Norman indicated this information will be distributed to the Council. He <br />advised it' the City does not enter into dialogue with HealthQuest first they could be accused of <br />[brcing a local business out. HealthQuest does not know how to proceed at this time and he <br />indicated to them that the City may need to move first. He indicated he will provide the Council <br />with thc study and will continue to talk to other interested parties. <br /> <br />(~ouncilmcmber Strommen commented it is nice that HealthQuest is a local business and is <br />interested in this project. <br /> <br />Councilmcmber Jeffrey suggested the City's expectations be defined from the study and utilized <br />to help I lcalthQuest move forward in their process. <br /> <br />Councilmcmber }~lvig noted Maple Grove has a private community center that sells times to <br />soccer camps and turns the field into ice in the winter. The community sports teams buy time <br />and thc other portion is used for basketball and volleyball teams. They are running it as a private <br />business and it is doing fairly well. <br /> <br />Councihncmber Olson suggested in addition to the urban village tours, the Council tour local <br />C()lll llq. LIDi ty centers. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL <br /> <br />Mayor (;amec colnmented on the need to discuss a water treatment facility.
