Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-04- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF TOWN <br />CENTER GARDENS 3RD ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brightkeys, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied <br />for preliminary plat approval of Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition on the following described <br />property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot A and Outlot C, Town Center Gardens, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />Outlot A and Outlot B, Town Center Gardens 2nd Addition according to the recorded <br />plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Town Center North, according to the r~corded plat thereof, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 22, 2004, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan from Brightkeys, Inc. for a plat to be named Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 5, 2004 and November 11, 2004, the Planning Commission <br />reviewed the sketch plan and recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat <br />stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 10, 2005, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />proposed plat and recommended park dedication be satisfied through a cash payment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 24, 2005, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for Town <br />Center Gardens 3~a Addition to the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 3, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Town Center Gardens 3rd <br />Addition.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 12, 2005, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for Town <br />Center Gardens 3~ Addition; and <br /> <br /> <br />
