NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That thc Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat apProval to Town Center Gardens <br />3rd Addition contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated February 25, 2005, <br />revised March 31, 2005, revised April 8, 2005, and the Developer entering into a Development <br />Agreement to begin grading work prior to receiving final plat approval. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and thc Ih[lowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the .tbllowing abstained: <br /> <br />and the lbllowing were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of April, 2005. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-04- <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
