The land use designation for this <br />portion is Medium-Densi~ Residential as sh6m::);~h:the Ci~'s Comprehensive Plan. A <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment is not required to rezone this potion of the prope~ to P~. <br />Staff is recommending that the PUD ~clude the area no~h of the 147th Lane NW. <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to close the public <br />heal'lng. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Johnson, Commissioners Van Scoy, Brauer, <br />Levine. Shepherd, and Watson. Voting No: None.
