The lots will be subject to a}0~oot front yard, <br />30 foot rear yard, and a 6 and 10 foot side yard setback, when dete~i~ng plangent of the- <br />ik~turc house pads. Staff requested that the developer provide supposing infomatio~eri~ing <br />that setbacks can be met, espekially for Lots 1, 2, and 3.
