The prelimifia~lat is proposing to create 7 <br />new single-f~ily lots for a net ~ensiW of 2.21 units per acre <br /> <br />Community Development Director Tmdgeon pointed out that all the prop)sed lots meet urban <br />single-family standards for lot width and lot size. The lots will be subject to a}0~oot front yard, <br />30 foot rear yard, and a 6 and 10 foot side yard setback, when dete~i~ng plangent of the- <br />ik~turc house pads. Staff requested that the developer provide supposing infomatio~eri~ing <br />that setbacks can be met, espekially for Lots 1, 2, and 3.
