The Municipal Cente'~ is designed for an additional story on each <br />part ol' the building for an additional.30;700 square feet. In the spring of 2004, the City <br />Council authorized the creation of. sc'hbmatic plans fora new Municipal Center. At this point, <br />the schematic design is co.m.pl'~ied. The Council reviewed the schematic plan during the <br />November 9, 2004 w. ork' session.
