ORDINANCE #05- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The [:ollowing legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-2 Medium Density <br />Residential to TC 4a Town Center: <br /> <br /> Outlot B, Town Center Gardens 2nd Addition, and the South 310 feet of Outlot C, <br /> Town Center Gardens, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the "S ubj ect Property") <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of <br />Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
