Counci lmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-04-XXX <br /> <br />RESOI.UTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-24 SAINT FRANCIS BOULEVARD FRONTAGE <br />ReA D IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council on August i0, 2004, a feasibility <br />study for Improvement Project 05-24, Saint Francis Boulevard Frontage Road Improvements has <br />bccn prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on April 12, 2005 which <br />indicates that the total project cost is estimated to be $46,011 and that the amount of this project <br />to be special assessed shall be $19,075, and that $7,863 shall be utilized from the city's trail <br />fired, and that $19,075 will be utilized from the city's general fund. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements grading and bituminous <br />surfacing of Saint Francis Boulevard Frontage Road in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated <br />total cost of $46,011. <br /> <br />3'hat a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10th day of <br />May, 2005 at Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and the <br />City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />Thc motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and thc t'ollowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the ['ollowing abstained: <br /> <br />and the l~ollowing were absent: <br /> <br />whereul>On said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of April, 2005. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City C, lcrk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-04-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
