He explained <br />thc key (i.e. strikcthroughs, italics, etc.) He pointed out that this is an in-house document that <br />sta fl' uses. lie requested Council look it over and get back to staff with any questions. <br /> <br />Counci Imember Strommen inquired if this was done in coordination with the Carl Neu session to <br />which Mr. Norman replied no, it was done before.
