Councilmembcr Olson: aye <br />Councihncmbcr Pearson: aye <br />Councilmcmber Strommen: aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of the North 200 Feet of the South 233 <br />Feet of the West 200 Feet of the East 1146 Feet of the South Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25 <br /> <br />Cily Atlorncy Goodrich explained this ordinance is in relation to negotiations that have been <br />Iina]i×ed with the City and businesses interested in building a project on this parcel. Details have <br />been finalized and it is important that the City have the ability to convey the property to the <br />business in a timely manner. On February 22, 2005, the City Council introduced an ordinance to <br />authori×c the sale. That ordinance is now being presented for formal adoption. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to adopt Ordinance <br />No. 05-07 authorizing the sale of the North 200 feet of the South 233 feet of the West 200 feet of <br />thc East 1146 feet of thc South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range <br />25. Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Mayor (hmmc: aye <br />Councihncmber Cook: aye <br />Councilmcmbcr Elvig: aye <br />Councilmcmbcr Jeffrey: absent <br />Councilmcmber Olson: aye <br />Councillnembcr Pearson: aye <br />Councilmcmbcr Strommen: aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #9: <br /> <br />Request for Adoption of Parking Plan for Ramsey Town Center Core Area <br />Case of City of Ramsey <br /> <br />( '~om m unity Dcvclopment Director Trudgeon explained the City and Ramsey Town Center, LLC <br />executed a Parking Improvement Use and Maintenance Agreement on February 22, 2005 for the <br />'l'own Center Core area. An approved Parking Plan is part of this agreement. The Parking Plan <br />divides 1he parking district into nine areas and breaks down each area into parking uses and <br />sources, and an allocated share of structured parking.
