Details have <br />been finalized and it is important that the City have the ability to convey the property to the <br />business in a timely manner. On February 22, 2005, the City Council introduced an ordinance to <br />authori×c the sale. That ordinance is now being presented for formal adoption. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to adopt Ordinance <br />No. 05-07 authorizing the sale of the North 200 feet of the South 233 feet of the West 200 feet of <br />thc East 1146 feet of thc South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range <br />25. An approved Parking Plan is part of this agreement. The Parking Plan <br />divides 1he parking district into nine areas and breaks down each area into parking uses and <br />sources, and an allocated share of structured parking.
