CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 24, 2020, at the <br /> Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> Members Present: Mayor John LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Nadine Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Jeff Menth <br /> Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Chris Riley <br /> Councilmember Dan Specht <br /> Members Absent: None <br /> Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br /> Police Chief Jeff Katers <br /> Parks and Assistant Public Works Superintendent Mark Riverblood <br /> Public Works Superintendent Grant Riemer <br /> Deputy City Administrator Timothy Gladhill <br /> City Engineer Bruce Westby <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor LeTourneau called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:08 p.m., <br /> followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor LeTourneau. <br /> 2. PRESENTATION <br /> 2.01: State of the City Address <br /> Mayor LeTourneau provided the State of the City presentation,providing a recap of City <br /> operations, updates and news from the past year, as well as a look ahead at what is to come in the <br /> new year. <br /> 3. CITIZEN INPUT <br /> Elwyn Tinldenberg, The Tinklenberg Group, stated that there have been a variety of events with <br /> leaders from the legislature including a local visit to Ramsey from the Chair and members of the <br /> House Transportation Committee. He stated that they have also recently met with the Chair of <br /> the Senate Transportation Committee and other key leaders in the legislature.
