The Permittee shall restrict business hours to 9:OOam — 9:OOpm, Monday through <br />Saturday. <br />6. Adequate off - street parking shall be provided by the Permitee. <br />7. There shall be no exterior or interior display of business signs. <br />8. That there shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. <br />9. Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the <br />private dwelling on the Subject Property. <br />10. Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale <br />within the residence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale outside the <br />residence. <br />11. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br />12. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcement of this Permit. <br />13. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />RESOLUTION #00 -11 -307 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
