• <br />• <br />JAN 1 0 2001 <br />BY: <br />a').5R- 5- lL - 00 7 4 _, Th <br />Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -! 291 <br />1539910 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0537 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />PRIVATE DOG KENNEL TO MAINTAIN MORE THAN TWO DOGS ON A PARCEL <br />OF LAND. <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00 -10 -290 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0537 to maintain more than two (2) dogs on a parcel and herein approves the <br />Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />On November 14, 2000, a Conditional Use Permit ( "Permit ") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />( "City ") to Amy Ross ( "Permittee ") for a private dog kennel to maintain more than two adult <br />dogs on the property generally known as 8100 154 Avenue and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 4, Block 12, Whispering Pines Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />( "Subject Property "). <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit are as follows: <br />1. This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the terms contained herein are complied with <br />and Amy Ross is the fee title owner of the Subject Property. <br />2. This Permit shall allow for the maintenance of a maximum of six (6) adult dogs on the <br />Subject Property. An adult dog is defined as any dog over three (3) months of age. <br />3. The Permittee agrees that no more than four (4) dogs can be kenneled outside at any one <br />time, except that all six (6) dogs may be exercised outside under the `Permittee's control <br />during the hours of 7:OOam — 8:OOpm daily. <br />4. The Permittee agrees that all six (6) dogs will be kenneled indoors by 8:OOpm every evening. <br />• 5. Upon confirmation of complaints regarding dogs disturbing the peace, the City may take <br />action to abate the nuisance in accordance with Section 5.09.03 (Dog Regulations), Subd. 19 <br />
