• <br />aL4 - 3a - as - 3a - COD I <br />0009 <br />Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />- and - <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-10-282 <br />1531605 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0536 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />FENCE THAT EXCEEDS HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 00 -10 -281 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0536 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />On October 24, 2000, a Conditional Use Permit ( "Permit ") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />( "City ") to Aloysius Kempf and Kathleen Kempf ( "Permittee ") for a fence that exceeds height <br />restrictions on the property generally known as 15220 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. and legally <br />• described as follows: <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Block One of Gorham's Addition in said <br />County; thence Northerly on the extended Westerly line of said Block One for a <br />distance of 100 feet; thence Easterly on a line parallel with the Northerly line of <br />said Block One for a distance of 197 feet to the Westerly line of State Trunk <br />Highway; thence southerly on said Westerly line of State Trunk Highway; thence <br />southerly on said westerly line of State Trunk Highway for a distance of 100 feet, <br />thence Westerly on the Northerly line of said Block One, a distance of 197 feet to <br />place of beginning. <br />Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of Block One, Gorham's Addition in <br />said Anoka County; thence Southerwesterly on the Northwesterly line of 152n <br />Avenue NW as laid out in said plat of Gorham's Addition, extended <br />southwesterly for a distance of 205 feet; thence Northwesterly at right angles a <br />distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described; thence <br />continue Northwesterly on same described line a distance of 183 feet; thence <br />Northeasterly at right angles and to the center line of St. Francis Boulevard NW as <br />
