• <br />now laid out and traveled; thence southeasterly on said center line to a point <br />which is 100 feet Northwesterly of Northeasterly corner of said plat of Gorham's <br />Addition as measured along the Northwesterly extension of the Northeasterly line <br />of said plat; thence Southwesterly and parallel with the Northwesterly line of said <br />plat to a point on the Northwesterly extension of the Southwesterly line of said <br />Block One; thence southeasterly on the Northwesterly extension of the <br />Southwesterly line of said Block One to a point of which is 150 feet North of the <br />Northwesterly line of said 152n Avenue NW extended Southwesterly as measured <br />at right angles thereto; thence Southwesterly and parallel with the extended <br />Northwesterly line of 152n Avenue NW to the point of beginning. Subject to an <br />easement for road purposes over the Northeasterly 33 feet thereof. <br />( "Subject Property "). <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit are as follows: <br />1. This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied <br />with. <br />2. This Permit shall allow for the erection of a six (6) foot high wood, privacy fence in the front <br />yard of the Subject Property. <br />3. That the fence shall be located entirely on the Permittee's property unless a permit is granted <br />by MnDOT to encroach on the T.H. #47 right -of -way and the Permittee shall be responsible <br />for providing the City with a copy of said permit. <br />4. That the Permittee shall attach reflective address numbers at least four (4) inches in height <br />on the fence in a location that is clearly visible from the driveway and public road. <br />5. That the Permittee shall be responsible for maintaining the surface and structure of the fence <br />as necessary to prevent the fence from becoming unkempt in appearance. <br />6. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br />7. The Permittee agrees that this Permit shall be binding upon their successors and assigns. <br />8.
