• Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00 -10 -281 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDING OF FACT #0536 RELATING TO A REQUEST FROM AL KEMPF FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO EXCEED THE FRONT YARD FENCE HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from Al Kempf for a conditional use permit to exceed the front yard fence height restrictions on the property generally known as 15220 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Block One of Gorham's Addition in said County; thence Northerly on the extended Westerly line of said Block One for a distance of 100 feet; thence Easterly on a line parallel with the Northerly line of said Block One for a distance of 197 feet to the Westerly line of State Trunk Highway; thence southerly on said Westerly line of State Trunk Highway; thence southerly on said westerly line of State Trunk Highway for a distance of 100 feet, thence Westerly on the Northerly line of said Block One, a distance of 197 feet to place of beginning. - and - Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of Block One, Gorham's Addition in said Anoka County; thence Southerwesterly on the Northwesterly line of 152 " Avenue NW as laid out in said plat of Gorham's Addition, extended southwesterly for a distance of 205 feet; thence Northwesterly at right angles a distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described; thence continue Northwesterly on same described line a distance of 183 feet; thence Northeasterly at right angles and to the center line of St. Francis Boulevard NW as now laid out and traveled; thence southeasterly on said center line to a point which is 100 feet Northwesterly of Northeasterly corner of said plat of Gorham's Addition as measured along the Northwesterly extension of the Northeasterly line of said plat; thence Southwesterly and parallel with the Northwesterly line of said plat to a point on the Northwesterly extension of the Southwesterly line of said Block One; thence southeasterly on the Northwesterly extension of the Southwesterly line of said Block One to a point of which is 150 feet North of the Northwesterly line of said 152 " Avenue NW extended Southwesterly as measured at right angles thereto; thence Southwesterly and parallel with the extended Northwesterly line of 152 " Avenue NW to the point of beginning. Subject to an easement for road purposes over the Northeasterly 33 feet thereof. (the "Subject Property ")
