( "Subject Property ") <br />• <br />362605 1515159 <br />JA�� � � 2001 <br />z : <br />RESOLUTION #00 -10 -259 <br />Lot 5B, Block 1, Oakwood Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />and <br />Tract B Registered Land Survey 193 <br />ly- 3a -a5-3a -oar �- <br />Board Member Dempsey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT A <br />GARAGE CLOSER TO THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL <br />STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br />WHEREAS, Roger Lavoie (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from Section <br />9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure closer to the front property <br />line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 6200 160 Lane NW and <br />legally described as follows: <br />AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on October 3, <br />2000, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #0533, a variance to construct an accessory structure closer to <br />the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br />2. This variance shall become null and void if it is not initiated within 12 months of the date of <br />approval. The Permittee may petition for an extension of time in which to complete the <br />variance. Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the City at least 30 days <br />before the expiration of the original variance. <br />3. That the accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be closer than 455 <br />feet from the front property line. <br />4. The Permittee agrees to construct the accessory building according to the Plot Plan received <br />by the City of Ramsey dated September 12, 2000. <br />
