• <br />5. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br />the accessory structure. <br />6. That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of equipment and vehicles in <br />accordance with City Code and no business activity shall be permitted within said structure, <br />unless it is done in accordance with City Code. <br />7. That the Permittee and /or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this variance. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Reeve, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Board Member Dempsey <br />Board Member Reeve <br />Board Member Griffiths <br />Board Member Kociscak <br />Board Member Wivoda <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Chairperson Nixt <br />Board Member Johnson <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 3r day of October, 2000. <br />Resolution #00 -10 -259 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
