• 1534108 Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00- 09 -259A . a5. i 3 Do0CP A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A HOME OCCUPATION BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0532 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR A HAIR AND TANNING SALON IN THE SINGLE FAMILY RURAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00- 09 -258A adopting Findings of Fact #0532 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On September 26, 2000 a Conditional Use Permit ( "Permit ") was issued by the City of Ramsey ( "City") to Rebecca Wissler ( "Permit Holder ") for a home occupation to establish a hair and tanning salon in the dwelling on the property generally known as 6614 153rd Lane NW and legally described as follows: All that part of the south half of the northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 32 Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows commencing at a point on the south line of said south half of northeast quarter a distance of 1533.76 feet west from the southeast corner of said south half of northeast quarter thence west along said line a distance of 135.0 feet thence north at right angles to said south line a distance of 323.0 feet thence east and parallel with said south line a distance of 135.0 feet thence south at right angles to last course a distance of 323.0 feet to the point of commencement (subject to easement of record).( "Subject Property: ") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of a hair and tanning salon on the Subject Property. 2. This Permit is perpetual in its duration as long as the terms imposed herein are complied with. 3. The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20 %) of the total floor area of the private dwelling. 4. Adequate water supply and on -site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of the Permit Holder. 5. Adequate off - street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder 6. There shall be no exterior or interior display of business signs.
