• <br />7. There shall be no exterior indications of the home occupation displayed. <br />8. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. <br />9. Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the private <br />dwelling on the Subject Property. <br />10. Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale within <br />the residence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale outside the residence. <br />11. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County licenses. <br />12. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcement of this Permit. <br />13. That the City Administrator, or his /her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for <br />compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br />14. Permitted home occupations shall not be conducted in any building on the premises other than <br />the building which is used by the occupant as the private dwelling; and, furthermore, that not <br />more than one room may be used for such purpose. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hendriksen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />26th day of September 2000. <br />RESOLUTION 400- 09 -259A <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
