• 6. That the Applicant has provided documentation to support that the home occupation will <br />be conducted within the private dwelling on the property, that the area set aside for the <br />home occupation does not exceed 20% of the total floor area of the private dwelling, and <br />the operation will not include any employment of persons not residing in the private <br />dwelling in the performance of the home occupation. <br />• <br />7. That the Applicant will reside at the location of the proposed home occupation. <br />8. That the Applicant has stated that there will be no exterior storage of business equipment <br />and materials. <br />9. That the Applicant proposes to service approximately 30 clients per week between the <br />hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. <br />10. That there are other similar permitted conditional uses in the R -1 Rural Residential <br />District. <br />11. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br />12. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br />13. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br />14. That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br />15. That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br />highways and streets. <br />16. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br />17. That the proposed use will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any <br />persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, <br />noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br />RESOLUTION #00- 09 -258A <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
