Figure 1.10 Green infrastructure <br />HISTORY OF RECREATION IN RAMSEY <br />Specialized and more comprehensive recreation programming <br />is a new service for residents, heretofore there was only an <br />occasional event, and certainly not anything that was purposeful <br />in terms of reaching Ramsey's broad demographics and span of <br />age ranges. As Ramsey matures as a community, it is understood <br />that an appropriate diversity of offerings is something that <br />residents may appreciate, or even expect as a foundational city <br />service.
