I'm sending <br />this letter in reference to the above mentioned project number relating to the oversized <br />signage. I definitely do not like the idea of this sign being erected that close to my property. <br />This sign is too tall and I fear for the future development on the west side of Armstrong. I'm <br />concerned about how this will effect the value of my current property in the event of a future <br />sale.
