hydrologic, floristic and/or soiI data deemed necessary by the City to determine the <br />jurisdictional status of the wetland, its exact boundary and its classification. Wetland <br />delineations supplied by applicants shall be certified by a qualified wetland delineator. <br />Wetland delineators must satisfy any certification requirements that may be established <br />by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil <br />Resources. <br /> <br /> (c) Only that portion of a property within the boundaries of a wetland shall be <br />subject to the provisions of this Chapter. <br /> <br /> (d) This Chapter establishes four wetland classifications as defined in this <br />Chapter; Preserve, Manage 1, Manage 2 and Manage 3 wetlands. <br /> <br /> (e) "Incidental" wetlands that are exempt from WCA regulation under Minn. <br />Rules 8420.0122 are not subject to the provisions of this chapter. <br /> <br /> (f) Temporary impacts from utility installation or maintenance that are exempt <br />from WCA regulation under Minnesota Rules 8420.0122 are not subject to the provisions <br />of this chapter. <br /> <br /> 9.26.04 General Standards. The following standards apply to all lands <br />within and/or abutting a wetland: <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Septic and soil absorption systems must be setback a minimum of fifty <br />(50) feet from the City approved boundary of the wetland. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. The MPCA's Best Management Practices shall be followed for the <br />construction of wetland protection methods and related improvements. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. Before the City issues a building permit for a lot with a required wetland <br />buffer, the lot owner shall: <br /> <br /> (a) Record a notice of the wetland buffer requirement against the title to the lot <br />with the office of the Anoka County Recorder, and. <br /> <br />.. (b) Install the wetland buffer monumentation. <br /> <br />9.26.05 <br /> <br />Wetland Buffer Strips <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. For lots of record created after [date of ordinance], a buffer strip shall be <br />maintained abutting all wetlands.
