• <br />• <br />Councilmember Zimmerman moved for the adoption of the following findings of fact: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -07 -181 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0527 RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY OFFICE <br />STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 6640 INDUSTRY <br />AVENUE N.W. <br />WHEREAS, Amcor Precast, a division of Oldcastle Precast, Inc., hereinafter referred to <br />as "Applicant ", has properly applied for an Interim Use Permit for the continued use of a <br />temporary office structure on the property generally known as 6640 Industry Avenue N.W. and <br />legally described as follows: <br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except that part thereof described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter; thence South along the West line of the said East Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 409.44 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />East at right angles 11 feet; thence South at right angles 264 feet; thence West at right <br />angles to the West line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter; thence North along said West line to the point of beginning. <br />( "Subject Property ") <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant <br />to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on July 10, 2000 and that said public hearing <br />was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated <br />by reference. <br />2. That the subject property is located in the Business Warehouse District and is approximately <br />20 acres in size. <br />3. That the surrounding parcels are also zoned Business Warehouse. <br />4. That on November 28, 1995, the City of Ramsey issued an interim use permit to the <br />Applicant for the use of a 24' x 60' modular office structure on the Subject Property until <br />June 30, 1997. <br />• 5. That on December 18, 1997, the City issued an interim use permit to the Applicant for the <br />use of a modular office structure until June 1, 1999. <br />
