That the Applicant is requesting the use of the temporary structure for another two (2) year <br />period while they prepare a site plan and financing plan for developing the site a s a <br />permanent location. <br />7. That utilization of a temporary structures is not an established permitted use in any zone in <br />the City of Ramsey. <br />8. That the proposed temporary structure will not increase traffic to or from the subject <br />property. <br />9. That the proposed temporary structure will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental to <br />persons residing or working in the area. <br />10. That the proposed temporary structure will not impair the use of surrounding properties. <br />11. That the applicant shall be required to maintain the temporary structure so as to be <br />appropriate in appearance with the character of the area. <br />12. That the proposed temporary structure will not be hazardous or disturbing to neighboring <br />uses. <br />13. That the proposed temporary structure will be adequately served by essential public facilities <br />and services. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Connolly, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />RESOLUTION #00 -07 -181 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
