Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00 -06 -160 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO NORTHFORK HIGHLANDS SECOND ADDITION WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc. hereafter referred to as "Developer ", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of Outlot C, Northfork, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the corner of said Outlot C which is 40.00 feet Easterly of the West Quarter corner of Section 18, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence North 89 degrees 47 minutes 26 seconds East along the North line of said Outlot C, a distance of 785.14 feet to the West line of Lot 6, Block 1, Northfork Links Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence South 0 degrees 50 minutes 25 seconds West, a distance of 268.44 feet; thence North 60 degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds East along the South line of said Lot 6, a distance of 104.70 feet; thence northeasterly along a tangential curve concave to the northwest, having a radius of 284.69 feet and a central angle of 24 degrees 51 minutes 06 seconds, a distance of 123.48 feet; thence North 35 degrees 43 minutes 04 seconds East tangent to said curve, a distance of 153.34 feet; thence South 54 degrees 16 minutes 57 seconds East, a distance of 66.00 feet; thence South 35 degrees 43 minutes 04 seconds West, a distance of 153.34 feet; thence southwesterly along a tangential curve concave to the northwest, having a radius of 350.69 feet and a central angle of 24 degrees 51 minutes 06 seconds, a distance of 152.11 feet; thence South 60 degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds West tangent to said curve, a distance of 107.13 feet to the most northerly corner of Lot 10, Block 3, said Northfork Links Addition; thence continue South 60 degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 115.64 feet; thence South 0 degrees 43 minutes 04 seconds West, a distance of 201.68 feet; thence South 68 degrees 50 minutes 12 seconds West, a distance of 340.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 43 minutes 04 seconds West, a distance of 630.00 feet; thence South 41 degrees 26 minutes 28 seconds West, a distance of 219.19 feet to the East line of the West 297.00 feet of said Southwest Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds West; a distance of 257.03 feet to the West line of said Outlot C; thence North 0 degrees 43 minutes 04 seconds East along said West line, a distance of 1500.49 feet to the point of beginning.
