WHEREAS, park dedication requirements are specified in the Northfork PUD Park <br />Dedication agreement dated February 19, 1987 and amended May 9, 1989 which establishes a <br />• cash park dedication of $500.00 per lot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 22, 1990, and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Northfork Oaks 5' Addition which consisted of 430 acres proposed to be <br />platted into 120 lots; and <br />• <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the City subsequently granted final plat approval of 50 lots and the <br />approved preliminary plat expired prior to final plat approval of the remaining 120 lots granted <br />preliminary plat approval under Northfork 5` Addition on May 22, 1990. <br />WHEREAS, on February 14, 2000, the Developer submitted an application for a new <br />preliminary plat approval of another 11 lots originally receiving preliminary plat approval under <br />Northfork 5` Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on March 6, 2000 <br />and recommended preliminary plat approval; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 28, 2000, the Ramsey City Council granted preliminary plat <br />approval to Northfork Highlands 2 " Additon; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 13, 2000, the Developer applied for final plat approval of <br />Northfork Highlands 2 " Addition. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Northfork Oaks 4th Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the following: <br />a) The developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City of Ramsey. <br />b) Compliance with City Staff review letter dated June 22, 2000. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Connolly, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />and the following voted against: <br />None <br />RESOLUTION #00 -06 -160 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
