• <br />• <br />Board Member Dempsey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -04 -081 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0515 RELATING TO A REQUEST <br />FOR A VARIANCE FROM LOT WIDTH AND LOT SIZE REQUIREMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, Philip and Jennifer Johnson, hereinafter referred to as "Applicants ", have properly <br />applied for a Board of Adjustment Variance from the minimum lot width and lot size requirement <br />established in Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code in order to plat four (4) dwellings on the <br />following legally described property: <br />The South 660 feet of the following described parcel: The East half of the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, EXCEPT the West 60 acres thereof, Anoka, County, <br />Minnesota. (5 acres) The South 660 feet of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, <br />Township 32, Range 25, EXCEPT the East 990 feet thereof, Anoka County Minnesota. (5 acres) <br />and <br />That part of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, lying West of the East 990 feet thereof and lying North of the South 660 feet <br />thereof. <br />and <br />That part of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, lying East of the West 60 acres thereof and lying North of the South 660 feet <br />thereof. <br />( "Subject Property ") <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Applicants appeared before the Board of Adjustment for a public hearing pursuant <br />to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code on April 4, 2000 and that said public hearing <br />was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated <br />as a part of these findings by reference. <br />2. That the Subject Property is zoned R -1 Rural Residential, is approximately 40 acres in size, <br />and is located in the Rural Service District. <br />3. That the property to the east, west and south is zoned R -1 Rural Residential and the <br />property to the north is in the City of Burns and is zoned Agricultural/Residential. <br />Resolution #00 -04 -081 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
