19. <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />That if granted, the variance will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the <br />Ramsey Zoning Chapter or other property in the R -1 Rural Residential District. <br />20. That if granted, the variance will not substantially increase the congestion of public streets, <br />or increase the danger of fire, or endanger the public safety, or substantially impair property <br />values within the neighborhood. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Chairperson Leo Anderson <br />Board Member Dempsey <br />Board Member Robert Johnson <br />Board Member William Kociscak <br />Board Member Joe Wivoda <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Board Member Michael Nixt <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramse <br />4 day of April, 2000. <br />Resolution #00 -04 -081 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />d of Adjustment this the <br />
