• <br />2 <br />1561241 <br />Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -04 -078 <br />a'8 3a 025 11 •DO0Y <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME <br />WHEREAS, Larry Skogquist ( "Permittee ") have properly applied for a Variance from <br />minimum street frontage or lot width requirements in order to construct a dwelling on the <br />property legally described as follows: <br />The west 475.2 feet of the east 650 feet of the south 275 feet of the north 575 feet of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25 (as <br />measured along the North and East Lines thereof); except the road; subject to easement of <br />record. <br />( "Subject Property ") <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on April 4, 2000 conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0513, a Variance from minimum street frontage and lot width <br />requirements to construct a dwelling on the Subject Property is hereby granted contingent <br />upon the Permittee providing the City with verification that a private easement for access <br />purposes to County Road No. 63 has been granted and recorded at Anoka County property <br />records. <br />2. This Variance shall remain in effect until April 4, 2001, as long as the conditions imposed <br />herein are complied with. The Permittee may petition for an extension of time in which to <br />complete the variance. Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the City at <br />least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. <br />3. The Subject Property is eligible for building permits for one dwelling unit and related <br />accessory structures in accordance with City Code and no further building permits for <br />additional residential structures will be issued until such time as the Subject Property is <br />replatted in accordance with City Code and access is provided via a public road improved to <br />City standards. <br />Resolution # 00 -04 -078 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
