Hakanson <br />Anderson <br />Assoc.,Inc. <br /> <br />Engineers, Surveyors & <br />Landscape Architects <br /> <br />April 24, 1990 <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />city of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />~{amsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />Site Plan for Northern Die Casting <br />Lot 3, Block 2, Gateway North Industrial Park <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Zimmerman: <br /> <br />We have reviewed the proposed site plan for Northern Die Casting <br />and offer the following comments: <br /> <br />'3_, Ail final plans must be certified by an architect or engineer. <br /> <br />If lighting is proposed for the parking lot or building, it <br />shall be arranged so as to deflect light away from the airport <br />runway and Jasper Street. <br /> <br />Following is a list of items that were not submitted as <br />required by City Code: <br /> <br />A <br />B <br />C <br />D <br />E <br />F <br />G. <br /> <br />Projected water usage. <br />Location of refuse container (if any). <br />Location of outside lighting. <br />Building plans certified by architect or engineer. <br />Curbing. <br />Location of septic system and replacement system <br />Landscape plan (applicant has indicated they <br />submit). <br />Present use of adjacent parcels. <br /> <br />will <br /> <br />The proposed development is for a lot which is proposed to be <br />acquired for airport use. If such acquisition occurs, it <br />would most likely occur in Phase I. Jasper would ultimately <br />be vacated if the airport improvement proceeds. <br /> <br />Building elevations are shown to provide a combination of <br />brick and metal on all but the west face.
