Case #6: Approve Registered Land Survey For Front Street Improvement Project: Mr. Hartley stated that City Staff is recommending that City Council approve a registered land survey to enable the City to record a deed fi.om the owner of property involved in the Front Street Improvement Project. The subject property is torrens and the County will not record a metes and bounds description; therefore, a registered land survey is necessary. Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve the Registered Land Survey for the following described property: Parcel 1 The East 376.86 feet of that part of Government Lot 3, Section 34, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the southwesterly right-of- way boundary line of Trunk Highway No. I0, as shown on Minnesota Department Of Transportation Monumentation Plat 02-M5, filed as Anoka County Recorder Doc. No. 541042. (Said tract is also known as Lot 15, Auditor's Subdivision Number 30.) The west line of Parcel 1 is marked by judicial landmarks set pursuant to Torrens Case No. T-2245. Parcel .2 That part of Government Lot 4, Section 34, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the southwesterly right-of-way boundary line of Trunk Highway No. 10, as shown on Minnesota Department Of Transportation Monumentafion Plat 02-M5, filed as Anoka County Recorder Doc. No. 541042, and westerly of the following described line: Commencing at a point on the east tine of said Government Lot 4, which point is the West Quarter comer of Section 35 of said Township 32, Range 25; thence on an assumed bearing of North 0 degrees 55 minutes 06 seconds West, along the east line of said Government Lot 4, a distance of 154.98 feet to Monument A-88 on said southwesterly right of way boundary line; thence North 65 degrees 24 minutes 49 seconds west along said right of way boundary line a distance of 772.11 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be described; thence south 1 degree 05 minutes 23 seconds East a distance of 314.02 feet; thence south 65 degrees 24 minutes 49 seconds East a distance of 4.44 feet; thence South 1 degree 05 minutes 23 seconds East a distance of 337.57 feet, more or less, to the shoreline of the Mississippi River and there terminating. (Said tract is also known as Lot 14 and part of Lot 13, Auditor's Subdivision Number 30.) The east line of Parcel 2 is marked by judicial landmarks set pursuant to Torrens Case No. C6-79-2549.
