Roadways Including Multimodal Elements <br />Traffic Management Technologies <br />Definition: An intelligent transportation system (ITS) or similar projects that primarily benefit roadway <br />users. Roadway System Management projects can include project elements along a continuous route <br />(could be more than one roadway) or defined geographic area such as a downtown area. The system <br />management project must make improvements to at least one A -minor arterial or non -freeway principal <br />arterial as part of the project.
